What the permissions are needed to enable MERGE function?

tanya yuri What the permissions are needed to enable MERGE function? For some users there are this function available, mostly admins, but other ones don't have it. How to ad this function for advanced users as well but not giving full admin rights?

Sorry to hit you with all of these requests but i'm just in the process of accessing Espo against our requirements.

I can't find a record merge function. From experience users end up creating a lot of duplicate accounts / contacts and a decent record merge function is essential. Sugar's implementation has always been adequate.
