    It would be very helpful to be able to use the workflow to email assigned teams with the ability to exclude some teams. For instance, I'm using cases and when an email comes into support it generates a ticket which I want all users to be able to view. I have assigned an "all employees" team to these cases to accomplish that. I have additional emails which come in for accounting which I don't want to be public so those are assigned a different team. Additional teams are added to cases depending on the type of request. i.e. Support email comes in for programming assistance, then the teams assigned on the case would be "all employees" and "programming", another email may come in for sales where the teams assigned on the case would be "all employees" and "sales". Currently it's kind of an all or nothing option. What I'd like to be able to do is to set up a workflow to email any team members assigned to the case excluding the "all employees" team.
