3 months since opening this thread.. And a few updates regarding the Mailchimp-integration later and there is nothing new on this issue. Correct?

Thank you for this answer, finaly some objective answer.
Maybe it is useable, but not from countries in western Europe... In many countries you can't even send a newsletter without a salutation...
And Espo doesn't allows me to sync the salutation to Mailchimp..
And I have to use Mailchimp, because the Espo email-editor lacks of many functions, so I can't send my newsletter trough the massmail/bulkmail function of Espo

EDIT: You're very welcome to read this thread: http://forum.espocrm.com/forum/exten...-mailchimp-api
It shows another issue, were the Advanced Pack isn't working at all..

We wanted to implement this not for one field.
    I don't understand this...

And this feature is not the most important for now.
So it's just usable at the moment for people from the USA and Eastern Europe? Why did I buy the extension pack then..
What are these "important" features? You're updating the Advanced Pack once a month and there are most of the time not that huge new features. Just the fixture of small bugs.. And it's not the free part of the software, but we paid for these extensions.. So I'm asking myself what has more priority?

You can change the code for own usage

You said you would think of how to better implement this... What's the point of thinking about it, if you aren't goint to implement this anyways?
