It would be very useful if email drafts created for a specific Account or Contact were displayed directly within that record, rather than requiring users to navigate to the main Emails section to find the draft.
For example, if I start composing an email from a Contact's record and save it as a draft, the draft could appear under that Contact's Emails / Activities section with a clear Draft indicator.
The user could then simply click the draft to immediately reopen and continue editing it.
Ideally, this would work similarly to sent emails, where the email is already associated with the Account/Contact and can be accessed directly from their record.
Suggested behavior:
Create an email draft from an Account or Contact.
Automatically associate the draft with that Account/Contact.
Display the draft in the record's Emails/Activities list.
Clearly label it as Draft.
Clicking the draft opens the email composer with the existing content.
Users would not need to leave the Account/Contact record and navigate to the main Emails → Drafts section.
This would make the email workflow much faster, especially for users who manage a large number of contacts and frequently leave emails as drafts to finish later.
