    Omnichannel Messaging Extension for EspoCRM

    Dear EspoCRM Team,

    I would like to suggest a feature that could significantly enhance EspoCRM’s communication capabilities: an Omnichannel Messaging Extension.

    Many businesses today communicate with customers through multiple platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Pages, TikTok, and other messaging services. Currently, users often need to manage these conversations across different applications, which can make communication management fragmented and inefficient.

    It would be extremely valuable if EspoCRM could support an omnichannel messaging system that allows users to send and receive messages from multiple platforms directly within EspoCRM. This would allow all conversations, attachments, and customer interactions to be stored and managed centrally inside the CRM.

    Key benefits of such a feature would include:
    • Integration with multiple messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
    • Sending and receiving messages directly from EspoCRM
    • Centralized storage of conversations and attachments within CRM records
    • Improved customer communication tracking and history
    • Eliminating the need to use multiple external messaging platforms

    A solution similar to Chatwoot-style omnichannel messaging, but integrated directly within EspoCRM, would provide tremendous value to many users who rely on CRM as their main operational platform.
