This is probably two separate features but are linked -
1. In the List window, ensure that the Name column which is the most important one can always be seen. When there are a lot of items in the window this dissapears off of the edge of the window and it seems that the only way to get it back is to reduce the number of items in the window. Having an option to hard fix the left hand column to ensure it is always visible would be very helpful.
2. Our team like to have lots of columns in certain list windows. Having the ability to scroll left and right would be be very helpful
