I'm sharing a client portal I built for our own EspoCRM instance and decided to release as open source (MIT):

It's not an extension: it's a separate web app that talks to EspoCRM through the portal API, so you don't need to install anything in your CRM. Clients sign in with their existing portal accounts and get a simpler, end-user-oriented interface for:
EspoCRM stays the source of truth. The app stores no business data, and every request runs with the client's own portal token, so your portal role decides what each client can see and do. The README describes the role I use (Case read/stream at contact level, etc.) and a small formula to handle isInternal ("Hide from portal").
Tested on EspoCRM 10.0.8/10. A Dockerfile is included.

- Knowledge base: search, nested categories, articles with images, attachments and embedded videos. Only published articles visible to the portal are shown.
- Tickets (Cases): list, create, conversation thread, replies and attachments (pasting screenshots works too).
- Password recovery with their portal account.

- The interface is in Spanish. The texts are in Blade views, so translating them is straightforward if someone wants to.
- It's published as-is and not actively maintained. It runs in production for us, but I can't commit to support. Forks are very welcome.
