Automatic set opt out/invalid emails from campaign

Hello!

I need to automatic(hook) update Lead(set that his mail is invalid or optout) if campaign gets optout or bounce mail.

So if the campaign gets a bounce mail or optout need to update that lead and set his mail as invalid or optout.

I tried to write a hook TargetList like in docs(afterOptOut) and its worked but only on optOut mails. I need to write hook for a bounced mails, how i can do that?
