Custom view for Stream

Hi ,
I would like to know how i can block user to edit or delete post in stream.
I know if i comment the code in the function
getActionList in : admin1985forma/client/custom/src/views/stream/row-actions/default.js

It works but it's not recommended.
I try to follow this : https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio.../custom-views/
But It doesn't work.
