Custom Field (Assigned User field like)

Hi,

I want to create add a select field to the Accounts entity where it shows list of users that has a specific role. The layout/Ui would be the same as of the Assigned User field. I've searched for answers here in the forum but with no luck. I am new to EspoCRM and any help would be greatly appreciated.
