Attachment icon in e-mail list-view

After the update to EspoCRM 9.1.8 at the Cloud-Service there ist the attachment-icon in the list-view. The icon covers the subject of the e-mail. The screenshot attached to my post shows the icon.

Hi florian,

Please check if this issue is reproduced if you reset the List view layout for email records to default (Administration > Entity Manager > Email > List > "Reset to Default" button).
