Hello, is there a way to send notifications to users via WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams? We're struggling with the standard contextual notifications of EspoCRM; we always need to keep the page open.

Secondly, how can we integrate an external chatbot icon into EspoCRM? I've searched the forums and found nothing.
