Unable to locate the actual email sent through mass email or campaign for an account.

We send lots of emails using the campaign feature. This is wonderful but the excitement was short-lived because we could obtain the actual copy of the email in the sent format when the recipient denies receiving it. So, we often had to revert to general email systems using mail merge.

Any advise on this, please.
