Admin-User not found

Hello..!

This is my first installation of EspoCRM and it looked great so far. Even the installation (Virtual Server Ubuntu) worked like a charm. But now I'm totally stuck because Espo won't let me enter the installation providing Username/Password.

Taking a look at he database everything seemed fine. User is there, password as well. But when I try to login it tells me the data entered is wrong. Even changing Username/Password within the MySQL-Database (which usually works fine with p.e. Joomla oder SugarCRM) won't help - no login possible.

Sorry but - can anyone help?

No idea, what could happen.
if you configure smtp, you can restore the password
if not, you can configure it in data/config.php . All parameters you need, starts with smtp
