  • Upgrading from 4.1.6 to 4.2.7 in AWS Bitnami

I installed ECRM 4.1.6 in AWS thru Bitnami. I

Trying to upgrade I downloaded the file EspoCRM-upgrade-4.1.6-to-4.2.7.zip and tried to uploaded.

Then appears this msg: Confirm that: Your EspoCRM will be upgraded to version 4.2.7. This can take some time

I Run the Upgrade and the following image shows what appears:

The upgrade it is not made

    Please advise :
    - Is this the correct way to upgrade. Just download the zip file and run the upgrade
    - Do I have to unzipp the file, upload the files and do the upgrade thru SSH?

If there is a link or page where the upgrade it is explained please let me know it.

    Thanks

    Hello
This message means that server (apache) user has no permission to change files from the list on the screenshot. Change permission to these files, they have to be writable for server user. Or run upgrade in terminal. You don't need to unzip an upgrade archive

      It has been resolved.
I made the upgrade in the app.
      Thank you very much.

By the way, could it be possible for you to let me know where I can find information on running the upgrade in terminal?

      Thanks again
