Blank page with the copyright on the footer | after install

Hi, I have installed properly in a subdomain, but I am getting a blank page with the copyright on the footer.

Hi

Successfully installed espCRM, however when i access http://localhost/myappcrm, getting a blank page with espoCRM footer

My server details

Server - Windows Server 2012 R2
Webserver - IIS 7.0
PHP - 7.1
mySQL - 5.7


Any help would be really appreciate.

I am using IIS as webserver. in the PHP log i got the below error

There is no error in the ESPO
