      Nothing strange found.
What about the language you did select at installation please ?
May you share [your espoCRM path]data/logs/espo[date].log

I can't select a language at install I only get the garbled text.
Nothing in the logs folder also.

You have both memcache and memcached activated on your server. May you remove one ? That should be in Apache conf.

OK, turned memcache off and restarted the server. Also cleared espocrm cache folder.

            Nothing changed

No more ideas/clue... I assume you already checked all other possibilities (ASCII/Binary transfert, file sizes, etc.)
Having this on Windows/XAMPP & your configuration is removing a lot of possible issues.

If others are stepping by, maybe we can have more details and check with devs.

We have tried it at least .... anyhow thanks Dolordo for your effort!

Still thinking there is something wrong with loading the header on the install page, when I have the time I shall try to bypass the install and see if thats a solution.
