Windows Server 2012 Install Help

Hi all fresh install product looks to be exactly what we are looking for I went through installation process and now i am receiving 404 error not found with grey bar across top. Reading it seems there needs to be something done with URL rewirtes but i don't have a clue. Would love some help here. PHP 5.6 all extensions enabled and mysql version is correct.

Maybe you need enabling mod_rewrite for your web server?

From what I have read and understand mod_rewrite is not available on IIS for Windows Server 2012 there is the compatible IIS Url Rewrite. I just do not know what I am supposed to put in the web.config file.
