How to set a contact to optOut?

Using Version 4.8.1.

We would like to optOut specific contacts. Unfortunately both the Icon an the Tooltip are unclear.
The Icon only goes lighter or darker and the Tooltip stays the same.

Is there any way to tell if the contact is indeed optedOut?

No it has a difference only in highlighting on edit view. Maybe we will implement change titles in the future.
