"From" email address

  • "From" email address

    I received emails from my personal email account but when I reply an email, the "From" email address is the email address used in the Outbound smtp setting.

    The "From" field is a dropdown menu but I could not find a way to replying an email on another email address.

    Please advise.

    Set your smtp in Preferences.
    Your user needs to have email address.

      How about the group email account? Can I reply an email with one of the group email accounts?

        No. We planned to add this ability in future. You can use only own email account and system one (if allowed).

            Hi, any news regarding this feature?

            A CRM should really allow a support team to use support@abc.com and a sales team to use sales@abc.com to reply to their respective users from a group account.

              Any progress on this? I worked around it for now by adding "support@abc.com" to every user's profile, but that's kinda painful.
