Create Location Category Tree

We need to map all the volunteers in a map: district wise > block wise > village wise in an NGO CRM.

How can we implement a generic location category tree like the one provided in Real Estate Extension > RealEstateLocations Entity?

You can not do it without development. Use RealEstateLocations Entity as example
