  • Dashlet "Sales Pipeline" - Error 403: Access Denied

    Hi,

I don't know if this is a Bug or a misconfiguration of the Role attributed to the user, but a user with the Role in the attachment is receiving the "Error 403: Access Denied" when the "Sales Pipeline" Dashlet is present on the Dashboard.

Any clues on what is happening? The version I'm using is 4.3.2-beta.2.

    Best Regards,
    André

Did you clear the cache after role changing?

              Access permissions in attachment.

I've set the permissions to "own".

              Any clues?

I got it. Just set the Reading permission to "Team" and problem solved.

                Thanks tanya.

                  Hi,

                  Returning to this subject.

I'm able to show the "Sales Pipeline" to a regular user by adding the Reading permission to "Team". Now the problem is that this regular user can see also the Opportunities in the "Sales Pipeline" of the user "Admin" and also the info of other Teams.

It is possible to isolate this report so that the regular user only can see their own Opportunities in the chart?

                  Best Regards,
                  André.

                          Hi akg,

Perhaps you don't configured the permissions:

What OS and web server do you use?
